Yeah, it really doesn’t fill you with confidence does it! If it was taking 1 month for additional info to be assessed I’d have pulled our application!yousnorkmaiden said:
That’s what I thought! But she’s adamant it’s the queue that says 11th November or whatever, despite that saying ‘initial assessment’. They’ve obviously assessed us already in order to ask us questions.Meh123 said:
It’s the pipeline queue, considering we’re in the exact same situation as you it better be the pipeline queue!yousnorkmaiden said:Our MB seems to think that now we’ve answered their questions we’re back in the huge massive queue. Please tell me that isn’t right? I thought we went into the ‘pipeline’ queue??
but looking at the way the dates are set out on the site it seems very much that it’s the pipeline one, it comes under ‘cases passed back for reassessment’ or something like that.I’m really losing patience - this will be the fourth incorrect piece of information they’ve told us now.0 -
Can you imagine! Gearing up for another week of waiting tonight.Meh123 said:

Same here! Literally hoping and praying that we get an offer first part of next week. We need to get this sorted now, I need to know what I’m doing with my life!!yousnorkmaiden said:

Well, I for one am glad the weekend is almost over. I just hope by tomorrow it will show that they’re working on 7th December cases that were sent back to UW’s....Fingers crossed for all!0

Hi all been following this thread for a few weeks now and I’m starting to get a bit impatient now 😂. We applied via mortgage broker on 26 October. Went into the underwriters queue on 2nd November with valuation done. Both me and my partner are employed no debts not affected by the lockdown periods and applying for 85%ltv. Apperntly the application was reviewed on the 1st December where Santander wanted our Experian credit reports as they said that we had undisclosed credit and could not borrow The full amount. Anyway to cut a long story short Santander had made a mistake and then it went back into the under writers queue on the same day 1st December. According to the Santander website they are now working from the 2nd December however we chased it up with the Mb on Friday who said them dates are incorrect and they still have not looked at our case since. I’m now getting to the point of giving up in fairness it’s causing me so much stress and starting to worry the seller will get fed up of waiting. We are going into our 8th week today and starting to really hate Fridays 😂

I feel you! Ours went in on the 18th Oct and I’ve absolutely had enough now! Doesn’t help that our sellers are the same position as us SE and E, went direct and had an offer in 8 days, meanwhile we’re 41 working days in and nothing 🤷🏼♀️Marsh11 said:Hi all been following this thread for a few weeks now and I’m starting to get a bit impatient now 😂.
