I absolutely love that idea! We’ve done similar our life has been on hold since July, wasn’t going do presents this year, but then got do down we had a blow out! Brought the kids everything they wanted in smythes, brought husband a bean coffee machine, and I’ve had a ysl belt and purse! We dipped in to the house fund, and thought if we ever do get an offer we’re worry about the £2000 we just spent later 😂 come you and I have got to have a decision soon!!!!! Are you on Instagram I’m mummyto2sons1daughter if you are be great to follow you.Meh123 said:
Probably because I’ve been knocking about the place for so long now 😂😂 and thank you, at this stage of the game I just need to know so I can either pack our house up or just get on with my life and go spend on a Gucci bag and a week in Vegas as a consolation price. The husband and I have decided that if this goes terribly wrong we’re just going to Book a child free trip to Vegas once the great plague of 2020 goes away and quit adulting 😂85c said:

I am such a worrier so I am just over thinking everything!85c said:
So pleased you’ve had an update. I wouldn’t be worried, your affordability sounds good. Have they said how they want you to show business wasn’t effected by covid?cherryx3x3 said:Finally had our application looked at!
Broker rang me and they have requested my November payslip and to clarify the business wasn't affected during this lockdown (it wasn't)
My only worry is that I was due to come back full-time beginning of November but I have been having some personal issues so have been doing a phased return and only doing 3 days a week (furloughed for the other 2) so my pay isn't what it normally is but only around £100-150 difference. My partner makes double what I do with his earnings from his Limited Company so I am probably just worrying too much.
Our broker tells me we got an AIP of over £250,000 and we are only borrowing £205,000 so fingers crossed.....
They are just requiring it for my employer as the first lockdown shut us down completely but we have been back up and running since August and no reason for us to close again, my partners company has made twice as much as last year since Covid hit so we have no worries there.
I am going to get a letter today to confirm business is in a health position and that my 3 day week is due to personal reasons and my full time job is still there.
Did they ask for any details from your partner's Ltd company? We're in the same position however it's myself that's got the company and partner that's employed. Did they ask for anything more recent off of your partner?
I feel that I’ll be resembling the drunk grumpy old man who’s still propping up the bar way past closing time and all on his own with how long mine is taking and the extra delays we’ve got....it’s a good thing I like a drink really 😂😂

Also asked her what Santander actually have asked for, and they’ve had SA03 form, our accounts, and they asked if business was effected by covid it wasn’t, and to check that they asked mb and checked accounts. And form that accountant filled in. I bet they ask for bloody bank statements this week.0

Thank you, we are se so that’s why it’s slow, we’ve at this longer originally went with Aldermore and after 11 weeks they made us an offer then retracted it as we no longer met their criteria 😭Katemb94 said:
