Broker rang me and they have requested my November payslip and to clarify the business wasn't affected during this lockdown (it wasn't)
My only worry is that I was due to come back full-time beginning of November but I have been having some personal issues so have been doing a phased return and only doing 3 days a week (furloughed for the other 2) so my pay isn't what it normally is but only around £100-150 difference. My partner makes double what I do with his earnings from his Limited Company so I am probably just worrying too much.
Our broker tells me we got an AIP of over £250,000 and we are only borrowing £205,000 so fingers crossed.....
They are just requiring it for my employer as the first lockdown shut us down completely but we have been back up and running since August and no reason for us to close again, my partners company has made twice as much as last year since Covid hit so we have no worries there.
I am going to get a letter today to confirm business is in a health position and that my 3 day week is due to personal reasons and my full time job is still there.
Did they ask for any details from your partner's Ltd company? We're in the same position however it's myself that's got the company and partner that's employed. Did they ask for anything more recent off of your partner?0 -

I feel that I’ll be resembling the drunk grumpy old man who’s still propping up the bar way past closing time and all on his own with how long mine is taking and the extra delays we’ve got....it’s a good thing I like a drink really 😂😂

They had that from us a couple of days after our initial submission (around the 4th week of October). I'm hoping it's just a yes/no. I can deal with the answer, it's just the unknown that's a pain!0 -
