Good luck! I see the tracker hasn’t moved. So 5 days and no movement. Doesn’t look as though they are doing overtime on the weekends anymore.0

HunnyBea13 said:Morning all, just for info. I don’t know that the list dates can be entirely trusted! My application was passed to UW on 31/10, and my broker contacted me on Friday to say that it had been looked at and they just needed a couple more bits of info. According to their list it should still be in the queue, so maybe that gives us all a bit of hope that they are getting through our paperwork. Fingers crossed all0

How has it not moved for FIVE DAYS.
I've done full circle of stress now: stressed because I hadn't heard anything > calm and resigned to knowing there's nothing I can do now > back to stressed and desperate for the phone to ring. The comment a few pages back about 'loads of being being declined' hasn't helped!2 -

The comment a few pages back about 'loads of being being declined' hasn't helped!I keep reminding myself the delay is because of the queue and not because some one is sat deliberating over my application for the past 5 weeks!0 -

I can confirm Santander are getting slower and slower. My husband phoned them with a query about our valuation and the mortgage advisor said they’re taking longer to process paperwork and book valuations this week0

Finally had our application looked at!
Broker rang me and they have requested my November payslip and to clarify the business wasn't affected during this lockdown (it wasn't)
My only worry is that I was due to come back full-time beginning of November but I have been having some personal issues so have been doing a phased return and only doing 3 days a week (furloughed for the other 2) so my pay isn't what it normally is but only around £100-150 difference. My partner makes double what I do with his earnings from his Limited Company so I am probably just worrying too much.
Our broker tells me we got an AIP of over £250,000 and we are only borrowing £205,000 so fingers crossed.....0
