Anybody know how soon hard searches were done after application? We had what is showing on Credit Karma as an affordability check on 26/8 and since then nothing. The valuation was apparently today

We had searches  

on day of application. Hard search showing on Experian and soft search showed on ClearScore. 

Ahhh this makes me worried. Why they haven’t hard searched us. We both have excellent reports and no debt. 😬

You've had your valuation a week before me though and applied the same day. Swings and roundabouts it seems at the moment.
My searches still aren't showing on Equifax.

True, I only have access to the free versions Credit Karma, Check my File so they may be a little out of date. Fingers crossed for us. Today is the 21 days average time from app to offer

Unfortunately, so we're actually only on day 14 not counting the day it was submitted and bh Monday. My valuation is another week away anyway so I'm not getting an answer anytime soon!

@yeah I’d recounted is at 14 days too. I’ve not heard back about valuation. Husband had 6 texts confirming the appointment!!

I haven't had any, just proves how different everyone is! Only text I've had is confirmation of application

Yes I’ve only had 1 email saying application received. Somehow my husband had Countrywide text saying booked for a 15th then had 5 messages on the 14th confirming the valuation for the following day. It said we needed to be there but checked and that was apparently for the estate agent needing to be there.

Ah OK if that text was meant to go to your agents maybe our vendors had the 5 texts instead lol (no agents invloved)

Possibly. Obviously an error on their system to send the text 5 times. Will see over the next week as they’re up to applications sent to underswriter on the 1/9 and ours was in that pile on the 2/9 so hopefully shouldn’t be too much longer until it’s looked at.
