Neon Reef have just revised their fixed rate Neptune tariff, now V4
Looks like they are going head to head with Symbio for those with a single rate meter.
e.g. in the Eastern region:
14.345 p per kWh / 25.73 p per day
(Best comparable Symbio fixed tariff, based on a high user and their loss leading introductory tariff is: 14.112 p per kWh / 25.00 p per day)
Bad news for those with E7 meters though
21.275 p per kWh / 15.213 p per kWh / 25.73 p per day
Anyone know if they will still offer the single rate tariff to those with an E7 meter?

Ok CSA confirmed just now that the welcome pack (and presumably the app too) only show one rate. Here's my SE rate: 17.451 p per kWh / 15.248 p per kWh / 16.413 p per day all ex VAT or 18.324 p per kWh / 16.01 p per kWh / 17.23 p per day inc VAT
Interestingly online web shows no tarrif at all. Someone needs to look at the backend software0 -

NR just quoted me (north west region)
SC 25.73
Rate: 15.3640 -
NR do offer single tariff on E7 users, I know someone with this, they emailed NR before signing up and asked for that.

More like a promise of an oven-ready plan that will fix the problem.
With such a response, I'd have raised a formal complaint. If you'd have done that then, they'd already be half way through the maximum time they were allowed to pre-warm the oven and cook their goose.
