Thanks fellow KR-ers, this thread really helps you keep sane and motivated during the tense weeks of waiting!

    If it helps:

11th Dec - Full application submitted
14th Dec - Additional info requested and sent (Nov payslip, P60, gift form)
    17th Dec - Assessment queue
    17th Dec - Valuation instructed
    5th Jan - Valuation date
8th Jan - Responded to underwriter query, EWS1 sent to valuer
14th Jan - Documents satisfied, awaiting updated valuation report

    15th Jan - Offer

Total 22 working days minus Christmas/New Year's Day.

It'd be great to complete 7th Mar so I'm not too worried about offer actually arriving/solicitor etc. Estate agent might try to push me but I'll try to negotiate!

I have a really good feeling about next week, I think a lot of offers are coming - good luck all, it is on it's way they're just slow manual!

My application was submitted same day as yours, valuation done before Christmas, final docs provided 31 Dec. And still waiting for an offer. Although I'm now tied up in this random audit.
Totally despondent the amount of money we've spent for everything.  Went to the flat today to measure up but i actually don't know how long we need to wait.
Ah, random audit is annoying - just a delay, but you're definitely going to get your offer eventually it'll just take a while due to the this. Don't be despondent! It's great you're still measuring up, looking for furniture etc. Good distraction because that's what you need! If it helps, here is the unedited version of the above:
    4th Mar 2020 - Reserved flat
    6th Mar 2020 - DiP from Leeds
mid Mar 2020 - Query from Leeds (name on payslip, some other things)
    *lockdown*
June 2020 - Valuation from Leeds: EWS1 required
    June 2020 - EWS1 survey booked
July 2020 - Mortgage approved pending satisfactory valuation
    28th Aug 2020 - EWS1 survey done
Oct 2020 - Leeds requests all documents updated due to length of time taken for EWS1
Nov 2020 - Leeds cancel application due to "inactivity"
    THEN the above.....
You won't beat that timeline :P so don't worry! Hard part is over, all you have to do is find your furniture and wait :)

Definitely keeping distracted today.  Solicitor has just sent over about 15 documents for me to read.  I really think we're almost there

So MB phoned this afternoon.  Audit has started. KR have asked me to explain in my own words the reason for my mortgage arrears in the past.  Sent that back today so fingers crossed for offer in next couple of days.
Surprised they are asking at this late stage but hey ho.

    Still no offer.    :(
Have signed contracts and sent them back to solicitor.    Solicitor and MB are in regular contact so i guess neither of them see any issues.
I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance here.

My process took a long time and for no particular reason, I first got my AIP with KR at the start of November, it took 2 months from then to offer and KR only asked 1 question about child care payments. For some start to finish it is quick and for some it takes a much longer. I havent seen anyone on this thread not be successful, I would think your MB would have voiced any concerns by now if there were any so think positive.
