Thanks fellow KR-ers, this thread really helps you keep sane and motivated during the tense weeks of waiting!
If it helps:11th Dec - Full application submitted
14th Dec - Additional info requested and sent (Nov payslip, P60, gift form)
17th Dec - Assessment queue
17th Dec - Valuation instructed
5th Jan - Valuation date
8th Jan - Responded to underwriter query, EWS1 sent to valuer
14th Jan - Documents satisfied, awaiting updated valuation report15th Jan - Offer
Total 22 working days minus Christmas/New Year's Day.
It'd be great to complete 7th Mar so I'm not too worried about offer actually arriving/solicitor etc. Estate agent might try to push me but I'll try to negotiate!
I have a really good feeling about next week, I think a lot of offers are coming - good luck all, it is on it's way they're just slow manual!
Current debt-free wannabe stats:Credit cards: £9,705.31 | Loans: £4,419.39 | Student Loan (Plan 1): £11,301.00 | Total: £25,425.70Debt-free target: 21-Feb-2027

Oh this is interesting! My full application was submitted just days after yours and my valuation happened last week so hopefully I’m not in suspense for much longer...annetheman said:Thanks fellow KR-ers, this thread really helps you keep sane and motivated during the tense weeks of waiting!

My application was submitted same day as yours, valuation done before Christmas, final docs provided 31 Dec. And still waiting for an offer. Although I'm now tied up in this random audit.annetheman said:Thanks fellow KR-ers, this thread really helps you keep sane and motivated during the tense weeks of waiting!

Totally despondent the amount of money we've spent for everything. Went to the flat today to measure up but i actually don't know how long we need to wait.0
