@Sotts I didn't have access to a portal either, I was just told when they were uploaded. Each time a new document is uploaded or question answered by your MB the case goes back into a queue fir a review , on the KR website it tells you what the waiting time is for review. It also depends when your full application was made? Full under writing normally takes weeks. From full application mine took about a month. My full application didn't go in until well after my valuation etc was done. Maybe ask your MB when your full application was submitted and when they last gave more info or submitted a doc then take a look on the website for turnaround times.1

My full application went in on 4th December. Final documents sent on 31st December
MB is chasing for me so let's see what we get today.1 -
Stay positive @Sotts
or if that's not possible - STAY DISTRACTED!!!
Honestly, you will go mad with no way of influencing it otherwise! I am 99% sure it will NOT be a decline, KR don't decline -- they just take ages!
This thread is proof of that, so don't panic!
I've had an update from my MB "all the documents we've sent have been satisfied, just waiting for valuer to confirm they are happy with EWS1" -- the additional info I sent was a letter from my employer about my first name and middle name on my payslip + P60 + gift letter.
So we wait *yoda face* working day 21 excluding NY/Xmas11th Dec - Full application submitted
14th Dec - Additional info requested and sent (Nov payslip, P60, gift form)
17th Dec - Assessment queue
17th Dec - Valuation instructed
5th Jan - Valuation date
8th Jan - Responded to underwriter query, EWS1 sent to valuer
14th Jan - Documents satisfied, awaiting updated valuation reportCurrent debt-free wannabe stats:Credit cards: £9,705.31 | Loans: £4,419.39 | Student Loan (Plan 1): £11,301.00 | Total: £25,425.70Debt-free target: 21-Feb-2027
