That's great news, so will that be 7 working days from submission of last docs?
Last docs were ews1 submitted on 23/12 which then had to go over to valuer to rewrite report.
KR got the report 31/12 so 6 working days.

Just gotta switch from BTL to Residential for mine and the turnaround time for docs has also decreased to 5 but initial underwriting now gone up by 5* working days to 15 --- oh dear, dear, dear

How do you get access to this portal.  I see a few others commenting on it.  But I've never been given access to it.  Is that because I'm using a MB?

You can view the processing times on their home page: https://www.kentrelianceforintermediaries.co.uk/ just scroll all the way to the bottom and choose "Residential" -- the mortgage broker portal allows them to see your full app including uploaded docs and notes and detailed status changes like this:

AFAIK it doesn't show the time the application status changed but I think they get notifications immediately when it does. One thing I find weird about KR compared to Leeds is I have had absolutely no correspondence or contact with them whatsoever; Leeds I had at least 3 letters from by this stage.

I kind of like it this way, though. I feel like *sometimes* out of sight, out of mind - I'm obsessing far less than I was with Leeds lol

  • After you get your offer and just before you exchange to KR do anymore checks? Bank statements, credit searches or anything?
