    It was emailed to my solicitor but a week after my MA so just be aware of timescales :) When did you get one or have you not yet?

    @Nic88Nac still waiting. It’s been going on for ages. Was hoping to have moved before Xmas but never happened. The waiting is so stressful.

    Broker chased today: "we are still waiting for the underwriter to complete the initial assessment on the case which is due on 7th Jan but the valuation has been booked in for tomorrow"
    A little longer than the 10 working days (applied 11th Dec) advised, even with Christmas/NY closed and short days discounted, but maybe an update end of this week - probably to ask for EWS1!

    Same here, still not in :( and this consent form has taken us even further waiting. £300 for a letter to be witnessed :(

    KRBS under writer  now finally have all docs they have requested after our broker/packager been on holiday all over Christmas. KR advised currently on 7 to 9 working day turn around for docs 🤞🤞 last time for doc requests and at the final bit 🤞🤞
