@adzharr91 that's great news congratulations, they seem to be getting them out dont they. A month from full application isn't too bad. Happy new year!0

I have found out after chasing a few people because my mortgage broker has gone on holiday from 18th December to 11th January that he is using a company called Dynamo who are a packaging company. The way I Understand is that they have been under writing our application and get it to offer stage? Not sure at what point the application has been presented to KR though but I do know they have the application. The packager dynamo requested another months statements and payslips to bring us up to date and they are also closed until 4th Jan so will review them then at which point I guess they update KR. Has anyone else had this same process where their broker has gone through a packager rather than direct to KR? I dont understand why our credit files are both great, affordability wise we have no issues as it suggests sometimes they are used for difficult applications. I think this is why ours seems to be taking so long, although since the 4th December our broker has told us we are waiting for our offer. I have no idea where we are 😪🤯0
