Oh I hope so.    I had a call from the MB yesterday for the EWS1 form.  I got that from the HA today and sent it over.  So KR have this now.  They have had all their documents now so hopefully we will move to offer stage before Christmas.  Once we have the offer, I will be able to relax and start planning.   I would be devastated if we've got this far only to fall at the last hurdle, although my MB says it is just a case of ticking boxes now

My MB has been saying this for 6 weeks 😂😂
Christmas Day will be 3 months since DIP for me!

@Sotts KR normally review any new documents within 5 working days but at the moment this is 10. Our MB uploaded our last documents (updated memorandum of sale) on 11th December and it still hasnt been reviewed yet. Once it has we should be at the offer stage. We have chased alot but to no avail

Good Question! I’ve been wondering this myself!! I’ve had my final documents uploaded now. Surely they’d have declined by now if they were going to...

We’ve just had our offer emailed through!!! Just in time as our broker shuts at 1pm today! Good luck to everyone waiting, I’m sure it won’t be too long now!!

@SR100 congratulations thats great .. when did you last send any docs in or anything? Just trying to gage how long its actually taking them at the moment

From my (limited) knowledge / anecdotal evidence on this thread, no-one has been declined at that late a stage. But there may well have been lurkers / one posters who got declined and never came back. But I would say that if you get a DIP, it's likely you'll get an offer, they're just REALLY thorough! Most people who are posting in here seem to come along, get super anxious, get their offer and be thrilled haha.

The last documents we sent were on 4/12 and our valuation was done on 15/12, hope that helps
