    They did a few weeks ago but are happy with everything now, they're just looking at the valuation report before offer now!

    I’ve also been told my latest docs are due to be reviewed by the 9th. Maybe they’re just saying that to everyone!

    In the meantime however the valuation has been booked for this Friday - so that must be a good sign?

    Yes @dannik, in fairness the mortgage broker I'm using have been faultless!  Just annoying that it's taken so long, haven't even asked the solicitor to do searches yet due to the long wait and uncertainty!
