@happyday20 It's getting there thank you!  We had our valuation done and all documents have been in for a week. Just waiting for the thumbs up on the valuation, then we will be put in the offer queue (which takes up to 5 working days).  How's yours??

Sounds very hopeful so happy for you! 

My MB doesn’t always offer the best reassurance or advice to be honest, so I’m wondering if maybe you may know more? We submitted ours on 6th, valuation was done 16th, additional requested docs sent 21st October. Just wondering if we will be in the mortgage offer queue or will they still be underwriting and may want more docs? I’m so confused lol 😆

I have been approached by a law firm who claim that, as I have an interest only mortgage, I could be entitled to some kind of refund

Has anyone had experience of this (good and bad) as it seems too good to be true?

I doubt they would ask for any more documents at this stage, but of course I can't be sure! As it's been such a long time since you submitted docs, perhaps try asking your MB for an update.  It definitely sounds like you're at the end of the process! We may even get an offer at the same time! 😁

I called my MB on Friday she was out of the office her colleague told me there hasn’t been any updates from KR but hopefully they will chase this coming week. I know they were working on 6 days for additional documents but we were a few days past this so really really hoping we get some sort of news this week even to know we’re heading in the right direction. Really hoping for an update this week! 😃

Thank you so much! The days are going quick thoigh, I know it’s horrible having to wait I feel the same but the 11th will be here in no time!! And you will get your offer. At least they are getting all the docs from you before then So there won’t be anything else to submit afterwards. They have only asked for one set of additional docs from us so I’m wondering if they are going to ask for more tbh as I know people have been back and forth a few times before getting offers through xxx

But that should be with us by this week hopefully. It’s so hard to be optimistic with everything going on right now. I’m hoping we all get our offers soon, some good news in what feels like to be a year full of sadness 🥺 Please keep us updated with how your application goes, I’m sure you will have good news this week 🤞🏼

We had our valuation on 16th hun. When I spoke with the colleague of our MB she said they haven’t requested anything else since the other docs which were sent to them on 21st. So not sure if they are happy with everything or not? I’m hoping our MB can get an update for us this week. I totally understand your anguish, it has been an awful year. We had to postpone our wedding that was supposed to take place on 5th December :-( its just been a horrible year for everyone pleased to have my health and my families too. It would be so lovely to just have some good news wouldn’t it xx
