Hey everyone. We had an update today, KR are happy with all our documents, only 1 query on our bank statement - which we’ve sorted. We have to wait another 7 days, but we’re really happy! Seems like good news, our valuation isn’t due until another 2 weeks so fingers crossed we will have an offer before the end of November 😊 Have to say, I’m really pleased with KR.

Thank you hun! We submitted our full application on the 20th, our valuation is on the 11th. Which is in 2 weeks, but as it’s a new build I’m sure the valuation will be fine. I honestly think we will be ok, KR have been really good and I’m happy we chose them as our lenders 🤞🏼 When did you submit your application?

we submitted ours 6th October...our valuation was done 16th, had to send some additional docs last week, that’s as far as we got. Ours in a new build too on a shared ownership. I’m just so worried I really would like to hear something soon! Do you feel reassured that everything is going to be ok? We’ve had to change our solicitors 3 times and the previous two weren’t on KR’s shared ownership panel. But I think we have a good sols now. The searches have already been done and come back. Just wondering when we'll hear something next x

We submitted on the 20th of October hun. We’re using one from their panel, hoping that goes smoothly too. You will hear something soon hun. I always say “no news, is good news” stay positive. I know they are really busy at the moment and working on a 7 day turn around. So we probably won’t hear anything for another 7 days now, but my MB said the lady was really lovely from KR. My only advice is if they request documents make sure you submit them as soon as possible so you don’t have to wait longer 😊 you’ll have good news I’m sure 🤞🏼

yeah I sent the docs back to my MA same day think she sent them 2 days later though which annoyed me!! Wish I could work on my own case tbh lol!! All the best chick keep us updated! X

I know it’s frustrating when the MB moves slowly. But everything will be ok, I promise. Keep optimistic we will all get our offers soon I’m sure 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Can anyone please help me? My Mortgage advisor isn't returning any of my calls for an update. Can anyone recommend a good advisor that helps that is using Kent Reliance. Thank you

Mortgage Experience are really good. But, sometimes the MB are so busy with other clients, they tend to only call if it’s important or if they have an update for you. I’m sure they are swimming in applications at the moment, and their workload must be huge! But if they are ignoring your enquires continuously.. maybe it’s best to ask them why first before changing brokers 😊
