  • I just heard back today as well and my MA has said they are waiting on the survey report to be able provide the offer . Is that the valuation ? I’m new to all of this so the terminology is confusing .
😊 It confuses me too, don’t worry. Yes the survey is the valuation. Fingers crossed you get your offer soon 🤞🏼When did you submit your full application?
On the 5th of October but only submitted my documents on the 12th . Fingers crossed 🤞

Was yours quite an easy process? Did they ask for a lot of additional information?

I’ve been following this thread as I submitted mortgage app on 8th Oct to Kent via MB. They have done valuation apparently. It’s so nerve wracking this waiting 😬😬😬
  • Don't worry Chelleee, the fact that they've done the valuation means that they're happy with your application. The only possible failure is if they aren't happy with the property itself - I'm sure you'll be fine and get an offer real soon!
  • That’s amazing congratulations!! We have our valuation on the 11th, so I know we have a while to go until we receive any news. But like you said @longshot101 the only thing stopping a mortgage now would be if they aren’t happy with the property. It’s a new build so it would have had a valuation done recently (so I’m not too worried) it’s just the wait, is giving me grey hairs lol
