hey everyone. Happy Monday. Just wanted to update you all, we submitted our application 20/10 and today our valuation is booked for the 11/11. Fingers crossed this is all good signs. I’m sure they wouldn’t instruct a valuation if they weren’t happy with the application 😊🤞🏼 has anyone had an update with their application?

Happy Monday.  Our seller told us the valuation was booked in today at the property but KR have denied it.  So I don't know where I stand. You've done very well since you applied so recently! Congrats 🙌

Why would KR deny it? That’s s strange. Thank you, I’m hoping it’s a smooth process (but having read the comments, I doubt it will be plain sailing haha) have you called KR to confirm if a valuation has been booked in? Try and stay positive X

Not sure! My thoughts are that the estate agent that they instruct to carry our the survey hasn't told them they've done it! Otherwise why would the seller say it? I'm confused! 🤣 Anyway I'm sure it'll get easier!  I have full faith still!

Absolutely, I’m sure it’s nothing serious, maybe just mis communication 😂 When did you submit your full application? The wait for the offer is giving me grey hairs lol, so any news I get at the moment it’s a mini celebration haha xxx I hope you get your offer soon 🙏🏼

Agreed it's very stressful! Mine was submitted on the 5th October so we are closing in on a month soon. Should get an offer soon! Good luck!

I just heard back today as well and my MA has said they are waiting on the survey report to be able provide the offer . Is that the valuation ? I’m new to all of this so the terminology is confusing .

😊 It confuses me too, don’t worry. Yes the survey is the valuation. Fingers crossed you get your offer soon 🤞🏼When did you submit your full application?
