  • They asked for a few documents but nothing hard to get hold of! No valuation is still yet to be booked apparently.  Frustrating wait!

You will hear something soon!🤞🏼 I’m just wondering, when they book in a valuation is that usually the last step before they make an offer?
  • This is what I was told by my broker yes! @happyday20

Valuation seems to be the final step. Unless it turns out some unhappy surprises, you should be ok.
  • Thank you @Longshot101 and @fresb. It’s not until the 11th so I may as well relax and put it to the back of my mind. I just can’t help but worry, I’m so glad we’ve all go each other on this forum supporting each other ❤️

Thanks for letting us know. When did you submit your original application? How many times have they asked for further info? Thanks

Same 😂 another 6 working days to hear back I’d imagin
  • Sorry guys, hope it's speedy for you all!  My update today is that valuation booked in for tomorrow. Takes 2 days for the surveyor to provide the valuation to KR and then they start to check it.  If happy they then put you into the mortgage offer queue which takes up to 5 working days - these timescales may be useful to some of you.
  • I also had an update today (we must all be in the same batch, I know MSN2220 and I submitted the same day) they requested another bank statement from June/July which I’ve now provided, and have sent the income projection certificate to my accountant for him to fill in and send back. My broker is confident once these have been received then there shouldn’t be any more requests but who knows. Hopefully my accountant will submit the certificate by EOW. Then another 6 days wait I guess!
