I have heard back from my MA, the valuation survey has been done and my application has been with the underwriter since Thursday . I really hope we are close to the end and it’s all good news .

I’ve just spoke to my MA they are confident that applications will continue, they are all working from home so could slow things down.  

Valuation was done last week, happy with all docs  and due an update Wednesday. Hope those of us that are waiting will get some good news soon x

Hopefully we will get the update we want this week. What a time we’ve chosen to move house! I’m sure we will be ok x

Good afternoon everyone 😊 I’ve just spoken to our MB, everything is ok, KR are still working with applicants and all we need to do is wait for our valuation next week and then fingers crossed we will have our outcome then, I’ll keep you all posted with how it goes 😊🤞🏼

Good to hear people are getting offers through!! MB estimated we would hear middle last week but nothing yet 😬
