Aww thank you for replying 😊 After your valuation, did they ask for additional documents, if so, what ones? We’ve got our valuation soon, so it may be good to know what kind of stuff they may ask for so we can speed up the process (but I know every application is different) you must feel so relieved now, you can finally celebrate 🥳❤️

They wanted to know what a few direct debits were, they wanted another bank statement that just needed to clarify a few things on a wage slips ....but they do take 6 working days from additional information so hang in there it will all work out xxx

It’s so hard waiting lol! I’ve chase MB today as I’ve not heard anything for 2 weeks when we sent additional docs to KR. She has chased KR today, our case is due to be reviewed by end of play Monday 9th November. I’m wondering if they will want more docs at this point or if we will get an offer or decline. As this will have been over 3 weeks since we sent the additional docs they asked for! Anyone else in this position? Thanks 😊

Same as me.  Chased today and whilst valuation was done last week, the report is with them and due an update by the 9th.  Just so everyone knows, KR are now working on a 7 working day turn around for anything given to them.  Zzzz. ...

Thanks for letting us know. Our valuation was done on the 16th October. 

Have they asked you for any additional docs along the way? Xx
