I did get told by one broker that sometimes they will over look gambling if you have very little to no debt

I did get told by one broker that sometimes they will over look gambling if you have very little to no debt

My broker has come back and said that she’s going to listed as a monthly outgoings because it is roughly £10 of months so she’s just gonna put it down as that but she has advise not to do any more.

No not as of yet. Our mortgage broker is terrible though at the moment which isn’t helpful!

They will also ask to see this for the deposit and usually bank statements
