Just got update from my mortgage broker KR wanting bank statements from 8th June till 30th June when they were the one took so long to underwriter my application and now they want more bank statements. Very slow process and I hope I get this mortgage after spending so much time and supplying all the documents.

That’s annoying yes definitely very thorough with the there application hopefully that’s the last bit of documentation they’ll need

I hope so, it’s like never ending. Waiting for updates since the valuation and they wanted more documents which has been sent on Thursday and today they called my broker and requested June statements when I applied for my mortgage in Early May and provided them statements up until 6th June. I hope it will be worth it once I get the offer. How’s your purchase going did you receive your written mortgage by post or did KR sent you by email?. Do you have to accept their offer by signing anything or is it just valid for 6 months?. Thanks

We got our offer via post two days after getting the offer, there wasn’t anything to sign and it’s valid until December. Hope that helps 😁
