Yeah i think its strange, her address comes up as linked previously on my check my file account but not recently and doesn't seem to show on my equifax account, which is who I believe KR use. I have a default on my account and had mentioned this to broker and asked if I was going to be asked to clear it and he said no as the AIP was approved. Have my full application appointment tomorrow so I can raise it then, but now i'm worried its all been for naughttana2011 said:Hi it sounds very strange for KR to conduct a search on your credit file under your mum’s address unless you have mentioned your mum address on your application or if your mum had any financial link with you or if you have any old financial accounts that still linked to your mum’s address. But the best thing to to is ask your mortgage broker regarding this. Has your AIP been approved?. Do you have Any issues with your credit rating?. Thanks

fantastic news hopefully you get your offer soon. Is this your first purchase or investment property?. My valuation came in today and I have been told it will take 24 to 48 hours for them to review it. I don’t think I can complete the purchase before end of Juneisaacgiz said:Been told the valuation was all okay and should have an offer within the next 3 days 🥳0 -
Yeah I think if you are linked in the past with the address the system properly picked it up to see if you had any adverse credit issues in the past with this address. But speak with your broker they will be in a good position to explain further. As long as your AIP gone through fine you should have no issues with this as KR they’re more relaxed lenders out there and you will have best chance getting the mortgage with them than any other lenders. Hope everything goes well for youBubbles81 said:

Was anyone asked for a CML disclosure form?0

Are you buying it newly built as the form is intended to make sure that any incentives offered to buyers by the developer are clear to lenders, so they have a reliable view of what is being paid for the property in net terms. I’m buying a detached house 20 years old and it’s a investment property and the KR hasn’t ask for anything els yet. But it’s a good sign that KR asking for this in your case. Thanks1
