That’s good news Jennifer, fingers crossed 🤞 you will get your offer. My broker told me this morning KR said the underwriter’s will complete the underwriting on my application on Thursday close business day and valuation team trying to book the valuation in order to get access through the seller. I hope I get a good news by Friday

Thanks guys! Hopefully I get some good news tomorrow 😭 I hope both your valuations go well too! It’s so nerve wrecking I just want to know if it’s been valued at what we’re buying it for then i think I’ll be a bit more at ease Haha
