has anyone submitted a full application and been refused the sum of money asking? but Kent Reliance come back and say but we can offer you xxx much (less) according to affordability. My MA is asking for full amount and I have some funds available to offer more deposit but they are saying no go for the full amount but I'm worried I will get a point blank refusal and lose the mortgage. thank you

Oh god that’s an extremely long wait isn’t it!! Our mortgage broker said 4-5 days for an update but I feel like that’s a bit optimistic right now. I’m so nervous just hope everything goes through ok. Hope your offer comes through soon too!0
