I am in the process of getting a mortgage with KR had the AIP on Wednesday last week full application went in on Thursday and was accepted by Friday transferred money over for valuation and the admin fees when can I expect them to book the valuation in? And what are the next steps?0

Hi guys,
Had to join MSE once I found this forum lol, thank you for whoever created it! I have applied for a SO mortgage with them and super worried, even though AIP was accepted. Unsure if my MA even submitted the full application after I gave him by formal bank statement rather than transaction list as he is awful at getting back to me.
How are you guys doing with your applications? Fingers crossed for everyone!0 -
Hi everyone
This is a great thread! I’ve been following it and in the same boat as a lot of you!AIP agreed a month ago with KR, full mortgage application submitted on 22 March, and still waiting!KR came back and asked one question which they’ve had the answer too. They also asked for the credit card numbers which are to be cleared with the mortgage. The valuation was carried out on 7th April, but still no news!My MA seems to be very quiet, but I guess he can’t say much at this point, but so nervous and I can’t think of anything else!
Do you think the valuation is a good sign? I paid for this when the full mortgage application was submitted, together with other fees. Just want an answer now 😩0 -

Hi guys, for those that are self-employed as a sole trader, do KR always need an accountant to certify the accounts? I have been doing my own for the last 4 years.
thanks0 -

Not sure for myself, as I didnt use my self employed income for the mortgage - just my employed one as I will be leaving my self employed one soon. Hopefully someone answers. Have you applied? Hows it going?
