Oh this sounds promising!! They’ve instructed valuation but the hold up now is with our new build. The developers haven’t officially handed over so we aren’t allowed to book valuation in yet! So frustrating!

How long does it take to get an AIP from KR? My MB applied on Friday and I have heard nothing so far.

We got ours within half hour but know it can take a few days, it’s probably gone to underwriters.

Hi All, does anyone know if KR definitely do a soft search when approving a DIP? My MB has said i had one approved but I haven't seen anything come up on my Equifax file?

Yes they do! Mine didn’t show up straight away just when my next report generated.

Is anyone knows how long KR rake from full mortgage application to offer?. Done my full application last week Thursday and submitted all the requested documents and paid all the related fees. I’m buying a buy to let and I already have a residential mortgage last 6 years. Got declined by few high street lenders already due to affordability on rental and the property being 6 bedrooms which they think it could be potentially HMO. This is my last try snd I’m putting 25% deposit. Thanks
