December ?? I got mine through the post but only valid for 3 months so hoping for a quick turn around with the searches

Thank you for the reply and I’m still waiting for KR for their decision as they have everything now to make their decision either to send me the offer or ask for more documents.

Did anyone work with a good Solicitor? The solicitors my MB instructed are not on the shared ownership panel and the recommended a new one who I have not heard from in 5 days and never answer the phone. Thanks

Hi I’m using Premier property lawyers and they seems to be good so far to me , online and you get all the information on the app once you set up. Which lender are you using for your mortgage?. Have you submitted your application and how long have you been waiting?. Thanks

NOT direction law!! That’s who we are with and they are absolutely shocking!!

still still no updates yet. KR requested further document which was 8th June till 30th June my bank statements from all my 3 current accounts who sent it last week Wednesday but still no answer. Valuation done almost 3 weeks ago and all was fine. KR process is very slow as I’m buying a Buy to Let investment property and this delay is far too long. Hopefully I get the mortgage offer which seems like I’m waiting forever

Just received an update from my mortgage broker, Kent Reliance requested some clarification on my bank account transactions which related to April when they had plenty of time to ask for this clarification. It’s very disappointing how slow the process is. Been told I should be able to hear the response by end of the week

Omg it sounds like your having a right mare with them! Maybe the process is longer on buy to let mortgages? But your right I agree they’ve had lots of time to ask for clarification on things from April!! Hopefully you get your offer by the end of the week 🤞🏻

I know I thought it should be straight forward Case as it’s a investment purchase. I hope they don’t come back and ask again for more documents or more unnecessary questions as I have given them everything they need.
