Yeah I think the perception of that as an 'argument' instead of a casual discussion is entirely in your own head to be honest. I'm not really the type to get worked up over the specs of some ebay laptop ;-).

Actually just looked on back of my tower 😳 it doesn't take a normal power plug , it seems I plug it into adapter then the jack/pin side goes in desktop 🤨

Sounds like you have a desktop computer with laptop internals (hence laptop power supply).  Do we know what computer this is?  Do we want to know?

You never quite give enough info.  Perhaps deliberately? Perhaps not.  If its a desktop, it won't have a laptop battery in it. Does the back look like this?  Or just tell us the exact model (I dare you...).

😡 can't believe it crashed on me, It was overheating from simple tasks 😓
Getting refund. Then just gonna wait and keep looking over next few days .
I have all suggestions noted and will just keep look out for something.

I can do since been asked more than few times, but I take look shortly and post soon

But from what I remember when I looked into it. It needed new motherboard, built in WiFi etc ( this why I wanted use this as learn how upgrade device even if does go wrong but once I back up old files and had new computer )

Sorry am not trying to avoid, I wasn't sure. But yes that's how it looks and the model is xc- 330 , I know it's not the greatest spec either 😔 full spec ( I know I been recommended links ! But I can't bring myself to buy refurbished or from online market!) If I buy locally it's easier for me to return if by chance it's faulty .

You asked about this and you were advised against it, but you did it anyway.
Now that PC cannot again be sold as new, but as Refurbished. So you are not only wasting our time here, but also the time and the money of the retailers. That is totally irresponsible, especially in this climate.
Totally pointless you coming on here to ask for advice and then ignoring it completely.

If you take the side cover off you should be able to see the motherboard numbers, there are usually a few so not obvious which is needed, if you can post a photo would help people identify the board.
