    Just received this from Sara Roberts regarding the pictures I took. Is there anything that can be done or alternatively, shall I just wait for a potential court claim?

    Really, so what Sara is saying that the BPA don't actually know what is happening in car parks operated by their members. This makes a mockery of any suggestion that they monitor car parks?

    They don't even know when one of their members is kicked out of a car park.  More proof that the BPA are simply not fit for purpose .....  nice one Sara ??

    You still don't have the information you want so it could now to be down to a judge to quiz LCPM.
    It is still down to LCPM to prove their case and given the way they attempt to obstruct you, they would be stupid to go to court

    thank you, in all honesty, LCPM seem like such an arrogant bunch of crooks. i’ll wait and see if they take this to court. thanks guys!

    When did you raise that complaint, out of interest (exact week?).  I am long overdue an ICO reply for one I reported late Summer.

    I am struggling to locate local car park management on either the BPA or at companies house , is the name a trading name of another entity 

    there website is very vague choosing not to give a company number and a google search brings up kemp house
