So I thought i’d make a visit to this car park today and took these pictures.

 First of all, would you say the signage at the entrance is adequate for people to be able to see this? 

Secondly, the P&D machines ARE VRM recorded as per the pictures. So therefore, LCPM have contradicted themselves by saying they don’t keep a track of this and that they will not provide me a with a copy of the payment logs as it apparently contains ‘no personal data’. What do you guys think?

Send that evidence to the BPA and point out that what their beloved fee-paying member has said about these machines is not true, and that they do hold VRMs, which the ICO confirmed a couple of years ago, are 'personal data'.

Date of original contravention? (This thread is too long and I'm not searching back to find it). Is it possible that the machines have been changed since the contravention?

If LCPM are saying that even now the machines don't record VRM then you have proof of their lies.

I’ll send these over to Sara Roberts now on the back of their email which stated they do not record these details

The original PCN was dated 2nd Jan 2020 I believe. However, LCPM sent me an email on 8th Feb 2021 stating that they do not keep a track of VRM, and as per their email yesterday, which stated they hold no ‘personal data’ so they would not provide me with a payment log.

Don't those signs belong to Initial Parking rather than LCPM ? Maybe LCPM have been kicked off the site or the OP has taken photos of the wrong car park.

I think that the latest images from Google Maps are from April 2019 ......

Good spot ... I assume Initial <> LCPM?

Initial Parking may have taken over from LCPM, but this is definitely the car park I received a PCN from

Look to be different PDT machines in that GSV compared to the ones in the OP's photos. The OP might need to try to find out the changeover date.
