    No idea.

If you were to tell us what you are talking about then you will get good guidance.

Btw, I don't know anything about Bmlegal, nor Bmwlegal.
I have however heard of BWLegal.
Attention to detail is going to be so important as your issue progresses.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Who cares if it's on hold?  You weren't about to pay it!  And if this is a case that then goes to a claim, an unemployed person with less than £3k in savings could put in a counterclaim for little or no court fee!

You really need to get a laptopp to get the best from this nboard.  Also, in matters such as this, where things are likely to end up in court, you really need to check everything is accurate before you post.  One mistake could cost you £££s.

How will you print a defence when you are sued?  You'll need to borrow a PC or laptop.
