    He would be better off sending an e-mail or a letter - a phone call is worth the paper it is printed on!

    16/03/2019 parked
    returned one machine out of order one not working for card payment only cash
    I didn’t have cash had to get some Had to manual enter registration and time so paid got ticket 
    letter came about not paying told them I had 
    they said I entered wrong time so still charging 
    tryed popla filled in form but made mistake on uploading vid of machine not taking payment by card and ticket paid for they said they agree with Brittania parking 
    didn’t pay them they sent us to bwlegal

    Easy enough to defend. 

    Britannia ones usually have the issue of the wrong 'Britannia' on the landowner contract.

    My mp emailed them and they say court action next step or pay discounted rate and mthly instalment
