Iam sure you ment that in a non judgmental way it’s to long a story to put why it wasn’t just that easy ! But after going on a long road I found the correct land owner but it’s a ltd company that own the land and rent to Brittania. Iam trying to contact a manger as I write this

They don't 'rent' the land to Britannia, by the way. 

Britannia are parasites with no title in land they infest.  And almost certainly, the landowner contract is in the wrong Britannia name because it pretty much always is!

I have but no phone number listed and when I did find one attached to business  it was for a chippy in similar location

It is vital you establish who the landowner is and indeed the signed contract with them.
Britannia play russian roulette with their own numerous names ...... this is very important
