Iam adding here that I did pay a ticket by cash but didn’t do it right so I payed £2.00 and it should have been £3.500

There was two machines both not in full working order one broken the other not able to take card payment and knowone was answering the calls we made at the time we went to get cash came back and had to enter reg I have trouble with tec and must have put in the wrong time but I paid for a ticket £1.50 short
We got a letter and I contacted your company I was not the driver so your company stoped contact with me.
I tryed popla website but it didn’t enclude the information for some reason .
Brittania were aware the email was not that of the driver but gave the details to bwlegal before talking to the driver owner .
This was an innocent mistake on my part when trying to make payment for ticket had your machine been working correctly this would not have happened.
Then during covid 19
When we are all stressed caring for key workers children and losing our jobs your bwlegal were the first company that chased for money.
I contacted my local mp and will also be talking to the dpc about Brittania passing on email address knowing it was not that of the person who owned or was driving

Never too late.Kezzersp1 said:Is it to late to find the land ownerPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

There are lots of ways, ask tenants, ask management agents, google, ask Land Registry, find out from Council who pays rates, etc.,You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
