Bring it on.  I already said it will be easy enough to defend.  No-one PAYS!

There was two machines both not in full working order one broken the other not able to take card payment and knowone was answering the calls we made at the time we went to get cash came back and had to enter reg I have trouble with tec and must have put in the wrong time but I paid for a ticket £1.50 short
We got a letter and I contacted your company I was not the driver so your company stoped contact with me.
I tryed popla website but it didn’t enclude the information for some reason .
Brittania were aware the email was not that of the driver but gave the details to bwlegal before talking to the driver owner .
This was an innocent mistake on my part when trying to make payment for ticket had your machine been working correctly this would not have happened.
    Then during covid 19
When we are all stressed caring for key workers children and losing our jobs your bwlegal were the first company that chased for money.
I contacted my local mp and will also be talking to the dpc about Brittania passing on email address knowing it was not that of the person who owned or was driving

Good.  Easy to defend though; don't forget the company name issue shown on Britannia threads.

    Never too late.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

There are lots of ways, ask tenants, ask management agents, google, ask Land Registry, find out from Council who pays rates, etc.,
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
