Ok, so potentially they could keep sending letters for 6 years.  Coming up to the first year anniversary of my transgression and they haven't even got onto the solicitor's letters yet.  Still on the "Debt Recovery Plus" letters and they're getting boring.

They can keep sending letters forever, but after 6 years they cannot take legal action to recover.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

BPA utterly useless in ensuring that the PPC's they provide a Code of Practice for, don't actually need to follow it. Premier Park's  statement to me, POPLA and to BPA was "that requirement for  parking in the Queen's Head, was conditional on me ENTERING the correct registration mark into their permit system", (which incidentally is hidden from view!). So I asked Gemma (BPA) to provide me with a single sign (from PPL) which mentions,  “Entering Vehicle Registration” or “enter VRM” or “entering Registration into a tablet” or “entering registration into a screen”- she cannot, BUT still maintains that it is not a breach of their CoP. All feeding off each other and the same scam.

Of course the BPA are useless, they constantly demonstrate that

No point talking to a brick wall, get a judge to make a ruling about the signs
When you win, you have the option to tell Gemma your thoughts ?

When the new code of practice comes in,, all the BPA will be is a money collection service for members subscriptions and meaningless
