Managed to get hold of land registry details, the pub in Pinner, Middlesex is leased to the current occupier by the Spirits Pub company based in Staffordshire. So presumably the contract for managing the car park is between PP Ltd and the leaseholder. Is it worth writing to the registered owners of the land?

    You need to define 'worth'.

Sending an email costs very little.

    Hello All

Have been quiet since post in June 2020. Just to recap....

Hidden I-pad in Queens Head Pub, Pinner. Received a PCN from Premier Park Ltd (PPL)

Failed POPLA, Wrote to MP, complained to Landlord of Queens Head – no response.  Wrote to BPA with images of obscured sign in car park in Feb 2020, they agreed to write to PPL, but as of October 2020, sign in question now more obscure by the same tree. No action has been taken - shows the arrogance of both PPL and BPA

    Done SAR to PPL.

Matter now passed to BW legal, have had two letters from them requesting £160, asking me to engage with them (feel sick) in this difficult C19 period! Have taken advice from posts not to communicate verbally with them.

Is there anything I should do or just wait until LBC ?

Check whether you have a LBC or LoC, then read the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES. This is a step by step guide to the court process from LBC to the court hearing, with screenshots of online forms and how to fill them in.

Complain to the brewery chain CEO if there is one, and a copy to the pub landlord.

This pub looks like it is owned by Greene King. Some bad reviews about the car park online. Always worth copying those out as it shows that other people have fallen foul.
