Vanessa1215 said:My application went in on Monday(8th June) with Natwest through a broker.
I had a hard search on my file on 4th June for my AIP (if it's through a broker they do a hard search for AIP apparently)
Then I have another soft search on my file on 8th.
On 9th afternoon, our broker called asking for evidence of deposit.
Nothing heard on 10th.
On this morning (11th), our broker called asking evidence for my middle name. (already provide passport and deed poll for adding middle name, and my middle name appeared on all my pay slips, but they want more, so I provide my driving license) .
Who else with Natwest, have you checked you online tracker?
Just a quick update, I have received the message through my broker 8:50 this morning (15th June Monday), said:
'We're pleased to let you know your client(s) application has been approved subject to a satisfactory valuation. '
Nothing updated on the online tracker though, it only said 'A valuation has been instructed'.
I heard from different forums that at this stage there are still quite a lot questions could be raised up, such as the valuation comes back lower than the agreed price. Or ask some last minute documents at the final offer stage.
Anyone else with Natwest that have any experience could share with me please? Any thing would very much appreciated.

Slowly losing the will to live now....we are 18 days since full application made and still no news. I keep saying to myself "this time tomorrow we will know" but it never happens....always more questions, and then to the back of the queue. The underwriting queue appears to be very long at the moment. So frustrating. Just be nice to know either way now!!0

However, my broker said it hasn't been booked, also she got quite annoyed when we asked her the 2nd time in last week. So I don't know should I ask again or just wait......0 -

Congratulations! It seems I am 3 weeks behind you.
I read from your other post said they were waiting for you to pay off all credit cards before giving you an offer. May I ask was this agreed before valuation or how did you know they were waiting this?0 -
