    Hello everyone,
    Is anybody with Barclays? If so is your tracker being updated? Unfortunately ours isnt.
    Week today since application went in, getting seriously impatient! lol

    Slowly losing the will to live now....we are 18 days since full application made and still no news. I keep saying to myself "this time tomorrow we will know" but it never happens....always more questions, and then to the back of the queue. The underwriting queue appears to be very long at the moment. So frustrating. Just be nice to know either way now!!
    Sorry to hear it, same situation here. Three rounds of questioning and providing further supporting documentation... it just baffles me as to why they don’t ask for everything at once!

    Hi everyone I’m waiting for an answer from the Halifax on a mortgage so can I join the group so we can bite our nails together!
    application put in on Friday 12/6, broker says we need to wait for Halifax to book a valuation but I’ve noticed on the ClearScore app today there is a note looking like 2 hard credit checks have been done....bit worried they’ve messed it up 🙈

    I just had my valuation done this morning !! been waiting for 86 days due to Barclays poor admin. They advised me that due to a technical issue they might have to rekey my application. Emm may take another 10 working days to do that.....I am prepared to pull my case out and apply for consent to let instead if their IT team is useless. My tracker never get updated.

    Good luck with your application 👍 Are they doing a desktop valuation?

    I am so sorry, that wait must habe driven you insane! Hopefully your offer should be with you soon if they have done the valuation. 
    I don't know if they will be able to do a desktop, we have not been told yet. Its a new build so hopefully! x

    Did you ask MA about the valuation? They should be able to tell you straight away when he/she submitted it onto the system... hopefully it will be a desktop.
    I had three mortgages with Barclays, they can be either super good no hassles or having ongoing IT problems out of nowhere which causing massive delays. Either way you have to be on top of everything everyday and don't trust anyone whenever there is an issue you have to escalate it to business manager. Or they will let go of it...causing further delays like mine LOL

    My application went in on Monday(8th June) with Natwest through a broker. 
    I had a hard search on my file on 4th June for my AIP (if it's through a broker they do a hard search for AIP apparently)
    Then I have another soft search on my file on 8th.

    On 9th afternoon, our broker called asking for evidence of deposit. 
    On this morning (11th), our broker called asking evidence for my middle name. (already provide passport and deed poll for adding middle name, and my middle name appeared on all my pay slips, but they want more, so I provide my driving license) . Online tracker change to we are reviewing your ID. 
    12th Morning, I checked tracker, "reviewing your ID" have been ticked off only got we are waiting valuation left.

    15th June Monday morning, our broker received email from Natwest:
    'We're pleased to let you know your client(s) application has been approved subject to a satisfactory valuation. ' I asked broker has a valuation been booked, my broker said she told us what she knows. So I turned to Natwest online Chat. Someone told me the valuation was actually booked for today. He said the report will be back within 3 working days. I checker online tracker at night, it said the valuation has been done


    Update:  I check tracker this morning(16th June), it says "Your client's valuation report has been received. We will contact you once this has been fully assessed."  at 9:25.  

    I was thinking to check again tomorrow should have updates, but I couldn't help myself to check again at 3pm, it's offer!
    "We are pleased to advise that the valuation has confirmed the property is suitable security for the mortgage advance. You and your client will receive a written 'offer of loan' within five working days, and the acting solicitor on the case will be instructed to proceed. 14:53" 

    Haven't heard anything from Broker yet.  Anyone with Natwest, go to get your tracker number, I found in my case it has been really useful, we managed to get information before our broker, she told me this morning a valuation has been booked, but I already know the report has been sent already last night from the tracker.

    we got our offer within about 5 hours so i would imagine you will get it tomorrow :-)
