My application went in yesterday too and still waiting. Scared.
  • I’ll be glad to go back to work to take my mind off it!
  • Haha I've gone back today for a run of 4 shifts and I'm so glad I have. We have a keep in touch appointment booked with our mortgage advisor next week so hoping for an update then.

I havent seen application. She's gone through natwest. Expected to hear this week but im expecting it could be delayed if they have a backlog. So convinced something will go wrong

My application went in with Halifax about 10 days ago. They took the money for the valuation and the product fee a couple of days later and apparently did the valuation yesterday. Still have no idea when they’ll get back with formal offer though. Broker seems very chill though so not too concerned. I’m more concerned with some of the alarmist language used by my surveyor!
