Hey all joining this thread, so I can be in good company, as I think I’m driving my husband and broker mad with my impatience and anxiety whilst waiting for the outcome of our application.

Our application to Barclays went in last Friday and nothing so far 😫xx
Ours went in last Friday too and haven’t heard anything, glad I’m not alone!

Also driving everyone mad from worry about everything that could go wrong! Such anxious times 🙈 xx

Valuation is finally booked in for 22 June. Such a long waiting time, I submitted my application in March as well to Barclays.
Hopefully we have both reached " approved subject to valuations"  so nothing more is needed from us once they review the surveyor reports.

Natwest took my valuation fee the day after application went in too (19th May) and the physical valuation took place last Thursday (4th June) so they are certainly starting to move along

Where are you in the process? Same sort of situation here but still waiting to hear back on paperwork and getting impatient!

We are FTB using HTB. Our timeline is roughly:

    ATP: 18th May
    Application submitted: 19th May
    Valuation Fee taken: 20th May
    Valuation took place: 4th June
Assessed and agreed by Lender: 8th June

Final piece of paperwork submitted an hour ago (they required a CC statement showing zero balance as i said it would be clear prior to offer) so am hoping an offer will be forthcoming tomorrow/Monday. Broker and lender have both said everything else is agreed. I'd like to think we will complete first week of July. Just waiting on the local authority searches which the solicitors have ordered.

I am so jealous of those who submitted their applications in May/June and got their valuations done and offers on the way :'( Barclays have been a disappointment for me... Been waiting since March and no updates from MA >:)

Soo anxious, is yours with Barclays also? And are you checking the tracker?
Our tracker says awaiting docs and to speak with our advisor, however broker hasn’t been asked to provide us with anything. Wonder if it is the declaration as we were asked to sign that earlier in the week. Xx
