I am so jealous of those who submitted their applications in May/June and got their valuations done and offers on the way :'( Barclays have been a disappointment for me... Been waiting since March and no updates from MA >:)
Oh my goodness, this must be so hard! When you chase what are you told? And are you sitting the tracker? We’ve recently submitted with Barclays and this is making me anxious xx

I did chase them up and I don't think they care...MA blamed for surveyors being slow and surveyor said they only received my case on 28th May. So who was messing around between March and late May then? Barclays!!

I was the edge of breaking when I called Legal and General yesterday 😂 and they kindly provided me with a physical valuation appointment to calm me down...

I think yours will be much smoother and less painful than ours, as Covid 19 is getting better. Hopefully Barclays will clear their backlogs and long queue for valuations and everyone can move forward.  their customer service and ability to allocate valuations were disappointing that's just my own experience.

Joining this thread as also waiting for mortgage offer. Application went in last Friday with Nationwide, so far no news and anxiously waiting! Is anyone else waiting on NW?
Our application went in today with NW! Have you heard from yours yet? They said that there's a massive backlog with valuations at the moment.

No I’ve not heard a thing! All I have is the text to say they’ve received my application. I can see on my credit report they did a hard search yesterday but still no news. They haven’t even asked us for any documents like payslips etc which I find odd! Hoping it is just due to the backlog 🤞🏻

My application went in on Monday(8th June) with Natwest through a broker.
I had a hard search on my file on 4th June for my AIP (if it's through a broker they do a hard search for AIP apparently)
Then I have another soft search on my file on 8th.

On 9th afternoon, our broker called asking for evidence of deposit.
    Nothing heard on 10th.
On this morning (11th), our broker called asking evidence for my middle name. (already provide passport and deed poll for adding middle name, and my middle name appeared on all my pay slips, but they want more, so I provide my driving license)

Waiting is annoying and why they couldn't just asking everything at once :(

Who else with Natwest, have you checked you online tracker?

I’m jealous! Valuation came back on 3rd and im still waiting for an update on my paperwork and documents. Keep chasing but they say it’s still in progress. Getting impatient and the tracker makes it harder because you want to look every half an hour!

Just got a message from my MA to say our valuation is waiting in a queue with Nationwide but they are currently inundated. I’m guessing that’s a good sign? Would they put into value queue if application wasn’t ok? I’m having mortgage anxiety!

I am still waiting and don't know when will the valuation be booked.
The tracker is just saying they are reviewing documents, I got a feeling they will come back to me 2 days later and ask more.
