Just an update. Broker submitted application to Halifax premier mortgage team on 26/5/20. Valuation was 3/6/20. Got our mortgage offer today. They didn't ask for any extra documents other than what I had given to the broker for the AIP. They didn't even have extra questions regarding my pay (which is incorrect on my payslip). They were happy to accept a letter from my manager detailing payroll's !!!!!! up.0

Same here, submitted my application on March 9th. My valuation is today. Everything went on hold thanks to coronavirus. Jealous of those that have only recently submitted their applications and already getting offers.dbg78 said:Congrats! The house we’re buying is unoccupied so maybe that helped get the valuation done quicker.Bibbitybobbitybop said:

Haha, I think it's more to do with Halifax PREMIER mortgages while the rest of us mere mortals are awaiting the normal route 😂
Congratulations WKMG 🎊1 -
Application sent to Virgin Money yesterday. Honestly don't know how I'm going to cope waiting to hear back. No idea how long it should take either0
