I know it's still early on a Monday morning but just wondered if anyone has any more news? My MB said that the last time he checked, my case was with the underwriter which seems to be a point where we a lot of us are stuck. He said he would chase it again today.
Until now, I've been ok but the stress is starting to take it's toll.
I hope everyone is ok and there's some positive news for people today

So my MB just called to say that it's still with the underwriter and it won't be looked at until 34 working days after 28/10 which works out as 11/12

On Vidas website it says until underwriting is 34 working days and post valuation underwriting is 24 working days! If you've had your valuation done already then its just the inital underwriting of 34 working days!greenback said:So my MB just called to say that it's still with the underwriter and it won't be looked at until 34 working days after 28/10 which works out as 11/12

Well we have had an update that they acknowledge our paperwork and price change and will update us again at the end of the week. I know we are probably further behind a few people ours has been application in since 5th October , Valuation completed 6th November and sat with an underwriter since then. But in all honesty this is causing so much stress and rows at the minute !0

Totally agree. Has soon as anyone asks me the dreaded question of what’s going on with the house, it literally puts me in a bad mood!mariesch1 said:Well we have had an update that they acknowledge our paperwork and price change and will update us again at the end of the week. No news for us as well. The valuation was done last week, further hard searches were done on our files. So we are waiting like most people here. I hope that we all get what we are wishing for.2

See for updates do you normally hear about this in the morning or later in the afternoon0

New poster here.
we are also waiting for an offer from vida. Full application submitted first week of October. Valuation was a week ago. Our developer is chasing us as we should of exchanged within a month and the house is ready. So frustrating. But seeing some positive reviews on here has helped as all I was seeing was negative reviews on trust pilot.0
