Vida Homeloans return to market?

Hi all
Just thought I would update you on our appeal. I’m delighted to say it has been successful. Vida have said if we can ask the bank to post out bank statements from 2018 they will approve them as proof of address. I’m absolutely over the moon and my broker worked his socks off for us. 

We have requested the documents today which will obviously take a bit of time to be posted out. My broker has said that Vida have agreed to review them within 2 working days once received and then the offer should follow. I’ve been assured there is nothing else wrong with the case.

Great news .  Would have been so harsh to decline on that basis. Especially during lockdowns

Congratulations, you just have felt the shackles of Stress, anxiety completely break apart when you received that news.

I emailed my broker today for an update and she said someone will call me by COB. Don’t know why but that just gives me a feeling like I am in for some bad news! I hope not!
