Thats great news im really pleased for you We have been asked for an up to date bank statement showing proof of deposit as the last has lapsed due to the time frame so im hoping thats a good sign??

I asked our mortgage advisor to chase Vida today for an update. Our valuation was on Monday 23rd after submitting application 13th October. Apparently it is being reviewed by an underwriter tomorrow.... taking so long! I was surprised to hear there has been a valuation even before an underwriter has seen it.

Well our update today was that its now in decision stage and our mortgage broker has said that they have said to expect a decision by Monday!

Thank you!! But...... We got the Mortgage offer at 4pm an an emailed copy via our broker and a copy in the post to follow im not ashamed to say i cried tears of relief for over 15 minutes!!!

Thank you!! But...... We got the Mortgage offer at 4pm an an emailed copy via our broker and a copy in the post to follow im not ashamed to say i cried tears of relief for over 15 minutes!!!
