Good luck to all who are still waiting.

So I had my valuation done on 11/11/2020. I still have not heard anything further. No requests for any additional information - just radio silence! Last update from the MB was last week when he said my application was with the underwriter and would be looked at again on 11/12/2020. My First Home Fund award expires on 12/01/2021 and it states missives need to be concluded within 3 months of this date. I am so stressed especially with Christmas coming up and pressure from my ex-husband. I have emailed my MB and asked that he requests the solicitor writes a letter to Vida in the hope of expediting my application. I have also emailed the First Home Fund who said they would consider an extension on the basis of exceptional circumstances.
This is by no means an update, but I feel the need to vent and I know everyone on here understands the challenges involved in this process.
Apologies for the rantI hope everyone is ok today

Ours was due to be looked at on 22/11 then the week before they increased their SLAs, then again we were due to be looked at on Friday just gone, the day before their SLAs were increased. Then again we were due to be looked at tomorrow and today their SLAs have increased again. So now we are waiting until Thursday which will be 38 working days since our documents were accepted, not since we submitted the application. Our application has been in 6 weeks now 😩....and it’s been radio silence other than valuation completed and is all ok.0
