Well our update today was that its now in decision stage and our mortgage broker has said that they have said to expect a decision by Monday!

Thank you!! But...... We got the Mortgage offer at 4pm an an emailed copy via our broker and a copy in the post to follow im not ashamed to say i cried tears of relief for over 15 minutes!!!

I haven’t yet. Apparently it was with the underwriter on Friday?? It’s been 39 working days for us now! I would like it if this wasn’t hanging over us leading up to Christmas. And I can’t bare the chasing from the developer.

Have you asked your estate agent to write to them to ask them to expedite it for you?

At last, we have heard the news we all wish for. Our offer is in. Although we have not received the letter yet, we were informed that we have the offer. It was a long wait, but Vida has done it at last.

oh lord yes sorry i do! Thats because i was in the middle of emailing mine at the same time sorry we got our offer last Thursday the seller now wants to complete on the 18th before xmas

Great news we got ours through last Thursday after our application went in on October 5th so near on a 2 month wait now they want to complete on the 18th!
