When did u apply 

We applied back at the end of November, application wasn’t fully submitted until December apparently. My partner has really good credit, me on the other hand has poor credit, no CCJs just a lot of defaults and the last one was over a year ago.

Fingers crossed for you and everyone else who’s waiting on a decision. They do take ages and ask lots of questions but bare with them as the wait is worth it

We’ve went off payslips after we were told nothing else was needed and then got told we then needed P60s which we sent and then got told nothing else was needed and then got asked for a gifted deposit form and have been told nothing else will be needed. My MB emailed the Business Development Manager and the 'Ops leader'. I also asked my MB to forward on an email that I wrote. It would be easier for us all if they gave us the process, and then they followed it and kept us updated each step of the way. The frustrating things are being told one thing then something else happening. My deadline for an offer is Friday but I keep chasing and still no offer.
I did also put a review on google and got a response direct from Vida asking me to email their complaints department. I have not done so yet because that was the day I was told my case had been escalated but to be honest I wish I had as a week later and still nothing. I would suggest that route to anyone that thinks their case has not been handled correctly.

I hope someone could help me on here please 

We are still awaiting for a mortgage offer its been just under 5 months (stressful long wait i must add) however the sellers can't wait any longer so have put the house back on sale but if we get a offer soon we may still have a chance in getting our dream home. 

Does any one know if we get the offer soon but can't get the same house would we be able to use the offer on another property as I know the offer is valid for 4 months but not sure we can use on a different house. I can't and would not want to go through the whole application again as its been the most stressful time ever for my family
